A series of recorded interviews with people who share my passion and want to be a part of the journey of normalizing the conversation around death and dying. Or as we, the story tellers, feel and see it,
conscious living and dying.
Sharing these stories was certainly medicine to the story teller and now each of them offer their story as a gift to you.
I hope this is a resource library for you of information, wisdom and energetic medicine for your body and soul. You may laugh or you may cry but please don’t judge; rather, open your heart.

Episode 7
Part 1
How does it feel to grieve the parent you never had? A tumultuous, violent childhood and continual loss of a safe home forced Shar to learn how to hold herself accountable for her own life. Shar shares her healing journey of processing absent parents and the choice to consciously parent her own child. By looking at our emotions as a way to heal, we come to understand how the small, beautiful moments are what make it all worth while.

Episode 6
In this episode, Francesca shares how the surprise appearance of the energetic presence of her father’s favorite uncle brought to her awareness that her father, who unbeknownst to her, was close to dying.
This awakening allowed she and her father to prepare and share his beautiful and conscious death.
Episode 5: Part 2
Eight months into a wonderfully easy and joy-filled second pregnancy, the unimaginable happens: Lauren’s unborn daughter dies. Physical courage and spiritual resilience accompany Lauren on a complicated journey into grief and hope as this tragedy is followed by two more miscarriages.
Feeling the supportive and radiant energy of her young stillborn daughter, Alanna, in her heart, Lauren gives motherhood one more try. With enormous grace and courage, Lauren holds healing space in which so many women can relate.
Episode 5: Part 1
Our lives are often filled with pain that can feel unnavigable. Do we justify anger or choose to work with it and find the silver lining? We always have a choice regarding the feelings we choose to feel.
At the age of 17, what initially felt like a betrayal became an incredible gift when Lauren challenged herself to find a different answer. The gift she gave herself was time with her father before his untimely death. Greater gifts were to follow as her eyes and heart were opened to her realizations of life after death.

Tess shares with grace and ease her many experiences around death and dying. She gently holds space for the sorrow and also the beauty in these life experiences.
In this episode, Tess shares a special holiday ritual and as General Manager of the Davalois Fearon Dance Co., she shares a virtual dance performance called For CJ — a piece that incorporates nature and community, connecting the audience to explore their own loss and remembrance. Tess is 30 years old and lives in New York City. Her peaceful presence makes her a wonderful role model for all generations.
Episode 3
In this episode, Dianna Edwards shares the difficult decision of realizing it was time for her to let her beloved dog, Patou, die. He trusted her with his life and he knew he could trust her with his death. Being a loving, conscious and courageous presence at the death of our pets is a profound gift to ourselves and an invaluable way to help grow future generation’s respect around the power and importance of being with dying.
Episode 2: Part 2
In this episode, Christa shares how after being so emerged in her life with her husband, his death forced her to energetically find herself again. She sought healing in nature.
As her lucid dreams brought her more messages and visits from loved ones, she never questioned the dreams and instead saw them as medicine for healing. Embracing the journey of the death of her loved ones opened her heart to the magic of life.
Episode 2: Part 1
How do we cope with losing someone we love? This episode brings the voice of master botanical perfumer Christa Obuchowski forward. Losing her father at an early age, we hear of Christa’s childhood in Germany and how she found healing with her family’s love of music, plants, and art.
Later on, her husband’s sudden and unexpected death turned everything around once again. By courageously facing her grief Christa always finds the magic and beauty in life.
Episode 1
In this episode, Elizabeth Irvine, a former nurse, mother, author, and owner of Truewellbeing discusses her earliest memories of death. Elizabeth shares the incredible challenges she faced in the ICU when dealing with the deaths of her infant patients.
She also describes the ultimate “miracles” she experienced at her father’s death, when the “sign” he agreed to use after he died to communicate with Elizabeth that he was all right, showed up more than once.
